To keep on top of the rapidly changing financial industry, Michael has earned the financial designation of EA, (Enrolled Agent). He stands ready to serve all of your investment, retirement planning, and estate planning needs.
When asked about his grand vision of his role in the financial industry, he will simply state that he seeks to demystify the world of financial, taxes and estate planning in the minds of his clients. "It is my goal to help people become completely comfortable with the financial planning process. A good sound financial, estate and tax plan will ensure wealth and prosperity for decades to come. The bottom line is, if you don't control your money, your money will control you." Michael's multifaceted approach includes large and small group seminars and education. Certified Retirement Counselor
George grew up in North Salem and comes from a hard-working, blue-collar family. He followed in the footsteps of his great-uncle and father by joining the Metallic Lathers/Reinforcing Ironworkers Local Union 46 NYC in 1985. He went on to graduate from apprentice school in 1988 and began his career as a Journeyman Ironworker.
George was an active union member and held several Executive Board positions. His noteworthy projects included General Forman on various high rises, specifically, The Bank of America Tower at Bryant Park, The Solaire Residential Tower in Battery Park City and helping fellow Ironworkers with the rescue and recovery efforts shortly after the 9-11 terrorist attacks. In 2006 George was honored with the duties of General Forman on The Freedom Tower. After rebuilding the tower, George finished his career on The Manhattan West Project.
When George is not drumming up new business for the firm, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his lovely wife Krista and their five amazing children.

An integral part of the company since it’s inception, Susanne Carminucci assures that the office is running like a well-oiled machine. Susanne’s primary concern is to keep the client’s affairs in order. Susanne is highly organized and her responsibilities are vast:
- Oversees Licensing and Registrations
- Oversees Client Service
- Oversees compliance regulations and assure that all requirements are met
- Oversees all administrative needs for the function of Carminucci Wealth Management
Susanne will guide new clients through the paperwork and make certain that all necessary items are accounted for. Susanne makes the account transfer process timely and seamless. At tax time, Susanne will reach out to each client individually. She acts as a liaison between clients and accountants and will make tax time far less stressful event.
Originally from Germany, Susanne resides in North Salem and is the mother of three. She enjoys traveling and joining her husband for scenic drives along the countryside on the weekends.
Debra is a vital element to the Carminucci Wealth Management team and oversees all of the administrative duties which are accomplished on a daily basis. Debra serves as a liaison between clients, portfolio managers and LPL Financial.
Debra earned her Master's Degree in Organization Development from Columbia University after attaining her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Albany.
Previously, Debra has served as Vice President of Human Resources of Kraft Foods Federal Credit Union for five years. Debra was also the Human Resources Manager of USF&G Insurance for five years and Human Resources Manager for McMillian Publishing for six years.
Debra's devotion and knowledge allows Carminucci Wealth Management to have a vibrant and productive Administrative Support Team, a key element to a productive office.
John Martucci is an integral part of the Carminucci Wealth Management team. John is a skilled administrative engineer and has acted as a trusted consultant for our group since 2009.
John has a very diverse background. He served fourteen years as Senior Tax Associate at Fortune Brands, Inc; eight years as Tax Manager for Viacom; nine years at WPP Group, a UK company and the largest Advertising firm in the world1; Tax Auditor for Massachusetts Department of Revenue; and many other tax related vocations. John has over thirty years of corporate tax experience as well as an expertise in tax audits. John earned his MBA in Taxation at Mercy College as well as his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Administration. John is a Registered Tax Return Preparer and is listed by the IRS as a Preferred Preparer.
John adds a touch of adventure to the office. He enjoys sporting events, he has been active in softball and motivational speaking.
